SFW is an established full service commercial real estate company that services the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area.  SFW was launched as a one man company in 1996 with the primary goal of acquiring and building a portfolio of real estate assets. SFW was expanded into a full service commercial real estate company specializing in the sales, leasing and management of retail and office properties, Saul leads a skilled team of brokers, managers while managing the day to day operations. The SFW has an excellent reputation in the local market foe "getting the job done."  

Jeff Lewin

Contact- 214-336-7715 jlewin@sfwaranch.com Jeff heads our brokerage team. He has valuable experience in deep market research and execution of deals for his customers and clients. He has cultivated lasting relationships throughout the real estate industry with both landlord and tenant representation. Born and raised in Dallas, he is a graduate of Plano West Senior High School and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 where he was a forward on the school's ice hockey team, and continues his passion for the sport as the Head Coach of the Highland Park Scots hockey team. In his free time, Jeff likes to spend time in the kitchen as well as stay active with his wife Jacquelyn and their dog Riley.

He specializes in the strategic oversight of Retail/Strip Centers throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan market. He received his Bachelors at Mount Washington College in New Hampshire. Currently he is managing a portfolio encompassing over 337,500 square feet of commercial space. Houston focuses on maximizing Net Operating Income through aggressive cost controls and proactive asset preservation. Houston is married to a school teacher and they have one son.      

Amos S. Waranch

Contact- 417-2857 amosw@sfwaranch.com Amos S. Waranch, Attorney at Law is an independent licensed attorney in the State of Texas. He has over fifteen years work experience in Texas and currently is working in tandem with the S.F. Waranch Company. Amos is a seasoned litigator with substantial trial experience. Amos regularly assist independent clients with breach of contract, fraud, eviction, border disputes and other issues. Amos is a musician, specializing in the bass guitar.

Lisa Gendalman Contact:  972-825-8638 lisag@sfwaranch.com Lisa joined The S.F. Waranch Company in 2021. She works in tandem with our CFO in the preparations of the Monthly Statement of Operations. Her other responsibilities include payroll preparation and accounts payable and receivable. She is married and has two grown children that live in Dallas.  Lisa enjoys travel and working out in the gym.

Steve Samoyedny

He tracks and prepares Income and Expense reports for properties managed by The S.F. Waranch Company. Steve has a Bachelor of Science in sport management from SUNY and an MBA from Western Governor's University. Steve is a huge Ice Hockey fan and has distinguished himself as a goalie. He resides in Carrollton with his wife Katie and two dogs,  Luna and Toby,
