Waranch has expanded into a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in the leasing and management of retail and office properties. Jeff Lewin
Jeff Lewin heads up our team of Brokers. Jeff started in commercial real estate as a Commercial Advisor and was then named Assistant Vice President, while working with local real estate brokerages, where he gained valuable experience, performed market research and execution of deals, and cultivated lasting relationships throughout the industry. Born and raised in Dallas, and a graduate of Plano West Senior High School, Jeff is a second-generation Texan who uses his knowledge of the market to focus on securing landlord and tenant representation opportunities within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Jeff graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 where he was a forward on the school’s ice hockey team. He continues his passion for the sport as he is the Head Coach of the Highland Park Scots High School hockey team. In his free time, Jeff likes to spend time in the kitchen and go on runs with his rescue dog.

Mallory Migl
Mallory Migl is a real estate professional at The S.F. Waranch Company, focusing on landlord and tenant representation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Leadership with a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin. In her spare time, Mallory enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Stephen Samoyedny
Stephen is the CFO of The S.F. Waranch Company. Borned and raised in the small town of Clinton, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science in sport management from SUNY. He obtained a MBA from Western Govenor's University. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogx, playing golf and traveling.
Lisa Gendelman
Lisa Gendelman joined The S.F. Waranch Company in 2022 as the company's Accountant and Controller. She works closely with management and the leasing as well as interfacing with property owners.
